25-27 May 2015 | Makati, Philippines —
We chose Tune Hotel because the promo price from booking.com fit our budget and we wanted somewhere situated in between Korean embassy and CFO. The taxi fare for both destination ranges from Php130 to Php250 depending on the intensity of the traffic and the distance of alternative routes.
When we arrived, we have never thought we’d see a lot of foreigners, may it be Asians or Caucasians, coming in and out of the hotel.
There are 10 floors, 213 rooms, and the elevator has two doors on both sides. The door on the other side opens to the hotel rooms.
Upon entering the room, we didn’t anticipate that it would be this small. There wasn’t even a cabinet for the clothes, rather just a bar in the corner to hang them.
Nevertheless, shampoo, bar soap, towel, tissue, hair dryer, and a safe are provided.
The window view from our room wasn’t that good, either.
But what’s nice about this hotel is, it’s surrounded by many restaurants, convenience stores and a tiny mall named Century Mall that’s just a walking distance.
As always, questions are welcome. Thanks for reading!
